<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants-type disposable diaper which prevents problems from arising in use by fusion of a part with perforations and a fastening tape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By respectively joining both sides of a front body 12F and both sides of a back body 12B, joint parts 12A are formed bilaterally, and a waist opening WO and a matched pair of leg openings LO are formed. Perforations 100 which extend from the edge of the waist opening WO to the edge of the leg openings LO are formed, respectively, on both the sides of the front body 12F. The plurality of fastening tapes 90 each having a hooking member 92 inside is provided. The fastening tape 90 is locked detachably on the outer surface of the respective part with each perforation 100 in such a way as to the hooking member 92 of the fastening tape 90 continues over both sides of the perforations 100. A melting point of the base material of the fastening tape 90 is higher than that of the part with the perforations 100.
