PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatilization container comprising a sucking wick and a volatilization plate in which liquid volatilization can be positively prevented before its use and liquid volatilization can be carried out by simple operation at the time of use. SOLUTION: There are provided a cap body B1 in which an installing cylinder 20 is fitted to the outer periphery of a container neck 12 and removably set there, and the upper end of a sucking wick B2 is protruded above a top plate 21 and hung from it, and a lid member B3 that is installed to cover the upper end opening of the cap body in such a way that it can be opened or closed, has a volatilization window 45 mounted at its top and has a volatilization plate B4 at its rear surface for immersing liquid from the sucking wick. Then, the volatilization container is constituted so that a spacer B5 air-tightly covering the upper end of the sucking wick to fit its peripheral edge to the cap body in a removable manner to separate the sucking wick and the volatilization plate from each other and the volatilization plate is freely fitted in such a way that it can be moved up and down with respect to the lid member to cause the sucking wick B and the volatilization plate to contact with each other after the removal of the spacer B5.
