<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump capable of manufacturing a sealing member easily and capable of reducing the number or connection members and sizes thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber string-like sealing member seals a joint surface of a casing body of an upper part and a joint surface 33 of a casing body 29 of a lower part. The sealing member is fit into a sealing groove 35 formed at the joint surface 33 of the casing body 29 of the lower part and is compressed by a predetermined compression rate in a depth direction of the sealing groove 35 by being pressed by the joint surface of the casing body of the upper part. A high compression part 36 in which the compression rate of the sealing member is higher than the predetermined compression rate is formed at an end in a length direction of the sealing groove 35 and the depth of the sealing groove 35 in the high compression part 36 is thinner than the depth of the sealing groove 35 in a part 37 except for the high pressure part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
