<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating a product gas from a gas mixture containing a reactant gas and the product gas using an adsorbent that better controls fluctuation of the product gas concentration. <P>SOLUTION: The method for separating a product gas from a gas mixture containing a reactant gas and the product gas uses an adsorption cycle composed of at least three adsorbent containers C1, C2 and C3 connected in parallel. The fluctuation of the product gas concentration is controlled by setting the adsorption cycle so that the time of a sweep stage to recover the adsorbed product gas in an adsorbent container overlaps partly with the time of a sweep stage in another adsorbent container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
