<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lengthy rod-like radiation detector having excellent sensitivity characteristic, to which sufficient light shielding property is imparted by solving difficulty of shielding film formation, and to provide a method for manufacturing the detector. <P>SOLUTION: A first shielding film 21 is formed to cover the side face of this lengthy radiation detector, and a second shielding film 23 is formed to cover the tip, and a third shielding film 25 is formed to cover a boundary part between the first shielding film 21 and the second shielding film 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
