<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a working period is elongated in a conventional solidification method using a solidification agent made by mixing fly ash, sodium silicate and water, wherein solidification is made by adding water, but a large amount of water is used in order to improve conveying performance in on-site placing, and long time is required for subsequent solidification and for curing as well. <P>SOLUTION: The solidification method is to solidify by mixing aggregate in a solidification agent made by mixing fly ash, sodium silicate and water. In this case, a material obtained by mixing fly ash, sodium silicate and water, and solidifying the mixture in the state of having a water absorption property is used as aggregate. Besides, a heavy metal fixing agent is added to a fixing agent.
