<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display capable of hermetically sealing organic EL elements. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display includes: an array substrate having an active area provided with organic EL elements; a sealing substrate facing the organic EL elements on the array substrate; a sealing member formed in a frame shape surrounding the active area, and consisting of frit glass joining the array substrate and the sealing substrate; a detection electrode arranged in a first plane of the sealing substrate, facing the organic EL elements, or a second plane of an opposite side of the first plane, and provided above the active area; and a wiring connected to the detection electrode and led outside crossing the sealing member from the active area, in which the width of the wiring at the crossing portion where crossing the sealing member is smaller than that of the sealing member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
