ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR AND ORGANIC THIN-FILM TRANSISTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor composed of a tetrathiafulvalene derivative that can form a stable thin film and can afford a high-mobility organic thin-film transistor driven at a low threshold voltage, and an organic thin-film transistor using the same. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor is composed of a hexamethylenetetrathiafulvalene compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R1and R2are each independently a 1-10C alkyl group optionally having a branched structure).
