PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can reduce assembling man-hours in the case of fixing a case member respectively in one surface and in another surface of a circuit substrate. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a case 2, a circuit substrate 70 arranged interior of the case 2, having a first reference potential pattern layer 73a formed on one surface 70a and a through hole 74 formed in the vicinity of the first reference potential pattern layer 73a, a conductive first case member 60 arranged contactingly in the first reference potential pattern layer 73a on the one surface 70a of the circuit substrate 70, having a first plate-like portion 61, a first rib 62 protruding almost perpendicularly from the periphery part of the first plate-like portion 61 to the first plate like portion 61, and a foot portion 63 connected to the front end side of the first rib 62 and inserted into the through hole 74, and a second case member 80 arranged on another surface 70b of the circuit substrate 70, having a second plate-like portion 81, and a second rib 82 protruding almost perpendicularly from the periphery part of the second plate-like portion 81 to the second plate-like portion 81, and engages with the foot portion 63.
