<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage tank which is excellent in heat insulation performance and waterproofing performance, has few deterioration with time, and can prevent stored water from getting cloudy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heat storage tank includes a waterproof-material layer 25 on a frame side, a heat-insulating material layer 26, a waterproof material layer 27, and a moisture-proof material layer 28. The waterproof material layer 25 on the frame side is formed by spraying a urea-urethane resin on an inner surface of the concrete frame, and the heat-insulating material layer 26 is formed by spraying a urethane-resin foaming material on the frame-side waterproof material layer 25. The waterproof material layer 27 is formed by spraying a urea-urethane resin having a urea bond ratio equal to that of the urea-urethane resin of the frame-side waterproof material layer 25 on the heat-insulating material layer 26. The moisture-proof material layer 28 is formed by spraying a urea-urethane resin having a urea bond ratio larger than that of the urea-urethane resin of the waterproof material layer 27 on the waterproof material layer 27.
