PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for providing information for a vehicle for improving the precision of learning and the precision of the provision of the information of driving failure conditions. SOLUTION: The driving characteristics of a driver are learnt based on learning information configured of the acquired information of driving conditions. Also, the latest driving characteristics are obtained based on the latest information of the driving conditions. Then, the driving failure conditions of the driver is determined based on the latest driving characteristics to the learnt driving characteristics of the driver, and when it is determined that the driver is in the driving failure conditions, the information is provided to the driver. In this case, the information of the driving conditions in a traveling state in which it is estimated that the normal driving characteristics of the driver hardly develops is inhibited from being used as learning information. Also, in the case of the traveling conditions having such a factor that the driving conditions are erroneously recognized as the driving failure conditions, the provision of the information or the determination of the driving failure conditions of the driver is inhibited.
