PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail management device performing management such that only N pieces of latest update mails are left. SOLUTION: This electronic mail management device includes: a reception part 11 receiving an electronic mail; a determination part 12 deciding whether or not the received electronic mail is the update mail according to whether or not update mail characteristic information indicating that the electronic mail is the update mail updated by overwriting is included in the electronic mail; an electronic mail storage part 14 storing the electronic mail; an electronic mail management part 13 accumulating the received electronic mail in the electronic mail storage part 14 such that only the N (N is an integer≥1) pieces of latest electronic mails decided by the determination part 12 that they are the update mails are stored; and an output part 15 for outputting the stored electronic mail.
