PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type clutch device in which a hydraulic piston can be provided in an chamber adjoining a chamber provided with a dry type clutch. SOLUTION: A circular through-hole 10g is formed in a party wall 10b of a rotor member 10. A cross-sectional shape at a distal end side of a second piston 12 is formed into a circle. One end 12Aa of the second piston 12 is allowed to protrude to a clutch chamber 14 via the through-hole 10g of the party wall 10b.
