PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that connecting fittings are a hindrance during a construction and in case of a use after the construction, an appearance is deteriorated and rust and a corrosion are easy to occur because of the exposures and a building lacks a durability because adjacent panels are connected by the connecting fittings exposed and projected and mounted to the external surfaces of various panels in conventional devices. SOLUTION: An embedded nut 5 is embedded in one panel 1a of the adjacent panels 1a and 1b while a nut case 6 and a sleeve 8 are embedded in the other panel 1b, and a connecting bolt 7 and a nut 12 or a box nut 13 are mounted separately. One end screw 7a for the connecting bolt 7 is penetrated through a packing material 14 and screwed to the embedded nut 5, and the other end screw 7b is inserted into a sleeve 8 and projected into a nut case 6. The nut 12 or the box nut 13 are screwed and clamped to the other end screw 1b in the nut case 6, and the adjacent panels 1a and 1b are connected firmly integrally under the state press-contacting and abutting the adjacent panels through the packing material 14.
