<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency, in a screw falling-off preventive device capable of preventing falling-off of a screw when fastening the screw by a driver. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This screw falling-off preventive device has a bottomed cylindrical body part 11, a hole part 15 formed in a bottom part 13 of the body part 11 and inserting a screw part 20b of the screw 20, and an arm part 16 formed so as to extend inward from an inner wall of the body part 11 and holding the body part 11 by the driver 25 by elastically engaging with the driver 25 when inserting the driver 25 into the body part 11, and the arm part 16 is provided with a guide surface 17 for guiding the driver 25 to a central position of the hole part 15.
