<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable successful discharging of liquid droplets to an objective surface at a varying angle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first control part and a second control part each include a first nozzle 36A for discharging a first liquid droplet A, a second nozzle 36B which discharges a second liquid droplet B in a direction where the second liquid droplet B comes into contact with the first liquid droplet A in the air and mixes the first liquid droplet A with the second liquid droplet B, and an alteration means which alters the mixing ratio of the first liquid droplet A and the second liquid droplet B in compliance with the angle of the objective surface where a mixed liquid droplet C impacts and alters the airborne direction of the mixed liquid droplet C. Thus, the first control part and the second control part control the drive wave-form to be applied so that the mixing ratio of the first liquid droplet A and the second liquid droplet B and the airborne direction of the mixed liquid droplet C can be altered, in accordance with the angle of the objective surface where the mixed liquid droplet C which is already through with a mixing procedure, makes an impact.
