<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately bond moldings to the entire periphery or a part of the outer peripheral face of a glass sheet surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Support members lining the entire periphery or a part of a mold lining the outer peripheral edge of the glass sheet are disposed, leg parts of moldings having at least glass bonding parts and the leg parts are detachably fitted to the inside of recessed grooves arranged on the upper faces of the support members, thereafter spaces of the recessed grooves and the leg parts of the moldings are sucked into a negative pressure until the glass sheet is mounted so that the moldings are not dislocated from the recessed grooves, the glass sheet is centered by press rolls embracing from four directions and pressing the glass sheet at an upper position of the support members, thereafter the glass sheet is suckingly fixed by suction pads arranged on the lower face side of the glass sheet and is lowered so as to be pressed to the moldings side, and the moldings disposed in the entire periphery or a part of the lower face of the outer peripheral edge of the glass sheet are bonded simultaneously by double-sided adhesive tapes bonded on the upper faces of the moldings.
