<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel battery cell capable of suppressing formation of lanthanum zirconate and a method for manufacturing the same, and to provide a fuel battery cell stack device, a fuel battery module and a fuel battery device. <P>SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel battery cell 10 includes: a conductive support 1 having a fuel gas passage 2 therein through which fuel gas flows; an interconnector 8 formed on the conductive support 1 through an adhesion layer 7 and containing a lanthanum chromite base perovskite composite oxide; and a power generating element A formed by laminating a fuel electrode layer 3, a solid electrolyte layer 4, and an air electrode layer 6 in order, arranged on a portion in which the interconnector 8 is not formed of the conductive support 1. The adhesion layer 7 contains zirconia having 45 mole% or more rare earth element as a solid solution.
