摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning for Takikomigohan which facilitates the cooking, and is capable of providing the Takikomi Gohan like Chinese fried rice having improved color scheme, flavor and loosening properties of the boiled rice after the cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The Takikomigohan can be obtained by using the seasoning for the Takikomigohan by allowing 150 g of raw rice (corresponding to 1-Go of the rice) to contain 4-14 g of edible fat-and-oil, boiling the raw rice with the edible fat-and-oil, adding a raw egg to the boiled rice to denature the protein of the raw egg by temperature-keeping heat of a rice cooker, and mixing them. Therefore the Takikomi Gohan like Chinese fried rice is provided which has improved color scheme, flavor, and loosening properties of the boiled rice after the cooking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
