PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing a plant tissue inducing callus and obtaining the effect of production acceleration of a useful substance stably in a high efficiency by using ethylene as a plant hormone, a method for producing the useful substance by using the above method, a device for producing culturing liquid and a device of culturing.

SOLUTION: There are provided the method for culturing the plant tissue including culturing the plant tissue by using the culturing liquid containing fine air bubbles consisting of gas containing ethylene, and the method for producing the useful substance by using the method is also provided. Further, the device 1 for producing the culturing liquid is equipped with a culturing liquid-storing part 11, an ethylene-containing gas-storing part 12 and an ethylene-containing air bubble-forming part 13 for forming the fine air bubbles in the culturing liquid. Still further, the device 100 for culturing the plant tissue is equipped with the device 1 for producing the culturing liquid and a culturing vessel 5.
