<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching tool for properly and readily attaching a damper for overhead wire to the overhead wire. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting tool includes a support arm 3, provided on one end side and supporting weights 103, 104 of the damper 100; an expanding/shrinking bar 2, provided on the other end side and giving a moment to a lower part by its own weight; and a fulcrum member 4 turnably supported by an electric wire 200. In the damper, the support arm 3 is turned, with the fulcrum member 4 as a fulcrum by the moment of the expanding/shrinking bar 2 and moves up the weight 103 to a predetermined position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
