<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing performance, in particular, to improve soiling upon printing and soiling in a dot shadow part, and to prevent troubles on ink landing upon printing an image part, regarding a processing solution for a heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate, which provides an image of high resolution, has no waste solution, and is extremely excellent in workability in a bright room. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Regarding the heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate having a layer containing gelatin and thermofusible fine particles on the support body thereof as the outermost surface layer, the outermost surface layer is heated imagewise, and the processing solution for the heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate is applied to the plate surface after an ink receiving part is provided.
