摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an AC waveform represented by an ideal sine wave having a high amplitude of ≥1 V for solving a problem wherein an AC voltage standard based upon a programmable Josephson voltage standard has a pseudo sine waveform approximated by a staircase waveform. SOLUTION: An AC voltage generating circuit using Josephson elements outputs an ideal AC waveform by connecting, in series, a programmable Josephson voltage standard circuit including a plurality of segments each formed by connecting a predetermined number of Josephson elements in series and controlling bias currents applied to the respective segments to generate a staircase AC voltage, and a second circuit based upon a high-speed single-magnetic-flux quantum system voltage standard or pulse driving system voltage standard to obtain the sum of output voltages.
