PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sort key comparison code generation device and a method for dynamically generating a sort key comparison code suitable for a sort key length, and a sort processor requiring no comparison for a loop process corresponding to the sort key length. SOLUTION: A sort key comparison code generation device 20 is configured to generate a sort key comparison code to be used for sort processing. The sort key comparison code generation device is provided with: a sort key comparison code data storage region 22 for storing code data 23 to 25 for each byte from two or more predetermined integers N to 1; and a sort key comparison code generation part 21 for generating a sort key comparison code by using code data 25 for N bytes which are the same in number as a quotient calculated by dividing the sort key length of the sort object data by N and code data for bytes which are the same in number as a remainder obtained by dividing the sort key length of the sort object data by N.
