<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of accurately controlling a rotating member by lessening backlash of a disk-like member, and to provide a camera. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes the rotating member (20) arranged in a lens barrel body (10), and the disk-like member (30) fit in a groove (11) formed on an inner peripheral surface of the lens barrel body (10) so as to rotate around an optical axis (L) and also regulating a position of the rotating member (20).
