<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like member feeding device and an image processing device suitably and effectively feeding a paper sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the image processing device 1, the paper feed roller 12 of a paper feeding part 14 is rotated and driven by a stepping motor, and the paper sheet P on a paper tray 11 is sandwitched between the paper feed roller 12 and a separation member 13, and is fed. In the image processing device 1, a paper sheet type including the thickness of the fed paper sheet P and a distal end are detected by a paper detection sensor 15, and the torque of the paper feed roller 12 by the stepping motor is controlled based on the detection result of the paper sheet type, and the driving timing of a resist roller 17 is adjusted based on the detection result of the distal end of the paper sheet P, and the tilt of the paper sheet P fed by the paper feeding part 14 with respect to the feeding direction is corrected.
