<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a mounting structure formed of locking pawls and locking grooves, which enables an accessory component to be precisely and detachably attached to an electronic apparatus externally by a simple operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a printer 1 with an option box, the option box 20 is attached to the sheet metal bottom plate 10 of a printer body 2 so as to be detachable. Locking pawls 11 to 14 formed on the bottom plate 10 are simply inserted into wide groove portions 31a to 34a for pawl insertion, which are provided in locking grooves 31 to 34 formed on the sheet metal lid plate 22 of the option box 20. This eliminates the need for accurate positioning and enables the locking pawls to be easily inserted in the groove parts 31a to 34a without being deformed even when there is a dimension error. The locking pawls 11 to 14 are simply slid into the narrowest groove portions 31c to 34c for pawl positioning via groove portions 31b and 34b for pawl guide, where groove widths gradually decrease.
