PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device that improves shielding performance. SOLUTION: The connector device 10 has a connector 20 that is mounted on a metal case 11, which accommodates equipment therein, and covered by a first shield shell 50 and a second shield shell 60. Connections for connecting the first and second shield shells 50, 60 to each other are provided at least at three positions while these connections are arranged at positions displaced in a fitting direction of the connector 20 and a mating connector 40 and in a direction perpendicular to the fitting direction. By such a configuration, the connections are more increased than those of the conventional one, and also, the connecting positions of the first and second shield shells 50, 60 are well-balanced, thereby improving shielding performance.
