PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling structure of a clip and a mounting member easy in assembling the clip on the mounting member even when a thickness of the mounting member is thin, and surely preventing coming-off of the clip in the assembly state. SOLUTION: This assembling structure relates to assembly of the clip 10 having a flange 12 and a locking leg 13 and the mounting member 30. The mounting member 30 includes an insertion hole 32 to which the locking leg 13 of the clip 10 is inserted, a pressing piece 40 formed on an insertion hole peripheral end and arranged on a surface upper part of the flange 12 when the locking leg 13 is inserted into the insertion hole 32 to regulate movement of the locking leg 13 in the coming-off direction, and an elastic piece 36 formed through slits 34, 34 communicated with the insertion hole 32. The elastic piece 36 is bent until the flange 12 abuts on a surface of the mounting member 30 when the locking leg 13 is pressed, and is elastically restored when the locking leg 13 is inserted into the insertion hole 32, and a distal end is positioned in a peripheral end of the locking leg 13.
