<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially useful method for separating and recovering whey proteins, by which the whey proteins such as α-lactalbumin, β-lactoglobulin and lactoferrin can effectively and quickly be separated and recovered from whey without applying a thermal treatment.
