<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange type distillation device capable of improving a processing amount in an evaporation-side passage by increasing a gas discharge flow rate from the evaporation side passage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Upper sections of the evaporation-side passage (first passage) 14 and a condensation-side passage (second passage) 15 are divided by a second partitioning plate 11b and a third partitioning plate 11c, and a gas discharge section 18 having a thickness more than a thickness of the evaporation-side passage 14 is disposed between the second partitioning plate 11b and the third partitioning plate 11c. A liquid-ascending flow channel 21 and a liquid-descending flow channel 23 are disposed at both sides of the gas discharging section 18, and an overflow channel 22 is disposed at an upper section of the gas discharge section 18. A gas-liquid precision distribution promoting section 24 for allowing the liquid fluid LA to uniformly flow down to the evaporation-side passage, and lifting the evaporated gas from a gas lead-out flow channel 25 to the gas discharge section 18, is disposed at a lower section of the liquid-descending flow channel 23.
