PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine suspension structure for motorcycle in which rigidity is enhanced. SOLUTION: The motorcycle 10 has an engine 12 that is suspended on a vehicle body frame 11, two down frames 18L, 18R that constitute a part of the vehicle body frame 11 and are provided on the front of the vehicle in the vehicle width direction in such a way as to extend downward, a mount plate 44 that connects between the down frames 18L, 18R and a hangar part 55 provided on the engine 12 to mount the engine 12 on the vehicle body frame 11. The mount plate 44 has a U-shaped cross section opening toward the hangar part 55 and is mounted between the two down frames 18L, 18R in such a way as to be sandwiched by the two down frames 18L, 18R.
