The fuse (1) has a conductive strip (10) arranged on a printed circuit board (11) and interrupted by a separating point (20). The conductive strip has conductive strip sections (12, 14) adjacent to the separating point. A contact bridge (30) is arranged in area of the separating point, and has contact sections (32, 34) arranged opposite to each other. Movement of the contact bridge is made parallel to the printed circuit board. The contact bridge is fixed in a position without contacting one of the strip sections.
