<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cooked food dough without passing through a milling step from grain granule while carrying out a simple temperature control. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing cooked food dough includes a liquid absorption step #10 of absorbing a liquid in grain granule, a grinding step #20 of rotating a grinding blade in a mixture containing the grain granule having an absorbed liquid and the liquid to grind the grain granule and a kneading step #30 of kneading a dough raw material composed of the mixture containing the ground grain granule by a kneading blade and the liquid into dough.
