<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-casting die which sufficiently prevents inflow of a broken chilled layer into a cavity and has good working efficiency, and also to provide a die-casting method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The die-casting die 1 includes a fixed mold 20 having a fixed mold divided surface 20A and a movable mold 10 movably separable from/approachable to the fixed mold 20 and having a movable mold divided surface 10A. A runner 4a, a gate 3a connected with the runner 4a, and a cavity 1a connected with the gate 3a are demarcated by the fixed mold 20 and the movable mold 10. Melt is filled into the cavity 1a through the runner 4a and the gate 3a. The runner 4a and an excessive part forming part 2a are demarcated by a fixed mold projecting part 20b projected from the fixed mold divided surface 20A and a movable mold recess part 10a formed in the movable mold, and the gate is connected with the cavity 1a through the excessive part forming part 2a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
