<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a communication control method by which communication service can be provided at low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device capable of setting a plurality of communication routes for communication to the same destination address includes: a plurality of communication interfaces (IFa1-IFbn) in which link speeds are switchable among two or more kinds, respectively; and a communication control part (10) for performing the communication setting of setting the link speeds in the plurality of communication interfaces, the number of using links and the allocation of communication flow to the respective communication interfaces so as to minimize the power consumption during communication on the basis of a communication amount for each communication flow being a communication object and the power consumption at the respective link speeds of the respective communication interfaces which are stored beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
