<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device capable of properly calculating the ratio of operation of a device which is mounted on a vehicle for performing fuel-efficient travel or the like, regardless of the vehicle behavior. <P>SOLUTION: An operation diagnosing part 32 detects the operating state of an eco-driving mode provided to the vehicle, and calculates the ratio of section during which the eco-driving mode has been operated in relation to the vehicle's traveling course based on the detected operating state of the eco-driving mode. Thereby, the ratio of operation of the eco-driving mode mounted on the vehicle can be properly calculated regardless of the vehicle behavior.
