PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the guiding order of a route in a navigation device so as to allow a vehicle to more actively pass through a desired point or to allow it to more passively pass through the relevant point. SOLUTION: This navigation device includes a searcher for searching for a route from a departure place to a destination while referring to road information according to a prescribed rule, a road information storage for therein storing a previously-given first piece of road information, and a road information generator for generating a second piece of road information corresponding to a designated road element.
