PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce moisture infiltration in a multilayer substrate. SOLUTION: The multilayer substrate is formed by alternately laminating a plurality of first ceramic layers 11 containing first crystallized glass having a first softening point, and a plurality of second ceramic layers 12 containing second crystallized glass having a second softening point higher than the first softening point. A conductor layer 14 and a third ceramic layer 13 containing third crystallized glass having a third softening point higher than the second softening point, are formed between the first ceramic layer 11 and the second ceramic layer 12.
