PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless relay system improved in total throughput. SOLUTION: The wireless relay system is comprised of a plurality of transmitting/receiving stations and a relay station, and the relay station performs fixed processing on signals received from the respective transmitting/receiving stations, multiplexes the signals thereafter and collectively transmits the signals to the transmitting/receiving stations, wherein the relay station estimates transmission line gains of transmission lines between the transmitting/receiving stations and the relay station itself, determines a power distribution coefficient suppressing unbalance of the transmission lines from the transmission line gains, controls the signals to be transmitted to the transmitting/receiving stations based on the power distribution coefficient, and multiplexes the signals thereafter. Furthermore, the transmitting/receiving station acquires a signal other than the desired signal beforehand and subtracts the signal acquired beforehand from the signal received from the relay station to obtain the desired signal.
