<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translation expression that helps recognition which uses foreign language, by overcoming the problem wherein a learner often stops recognition using a foreign language audio, if displaying captions with a native language, when performing linguistics learning of the foreign language which uses foreign language audio and video. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When having played back the foreign language audio and video, the captions of the foreign language are displayed, in matching with the audio. Pictographic characters, gesture expressions or auxiliary videos, which illustrate semantic meaning are displayed, in conjunction with words and phrase of the foreign language captions. As a result, the learner is trained and familiarized with a foreign language grammar, and obtains recognition from an information source which is closer to the foreign language.
