<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant coating device, further improving sliding performance of a lubricant in pressing a solid lubricant to a lubricant coating means to restrain uneven abrasion of the solid lubricant and stabilize the amount of the lubricant applied to an image support, and a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus which include the lubricant coating device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this lubricant coating device, a lubricant holding member 24 is housed in a lubricant holder 25 so that a side surface 24a thereof is abutted to a rotary member 13 projected on the inner wall surface 27a on the upstream side in the rotating direction of a lubricant coating brush roller 22, and an elastic piece 28a of a bent plate spring 28 inserted between a side surface 24b of the lubricant holding member 24 on the opposite side to the side surface 24a and an inner wall surface 27b of a lubricant holder 25 is abutted to the side surface 24b.
