<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle temperature controller capable of performing an idling stop with a compact unit structure, of improving cooling efficiency while keeping a heat insulating structure of a temperature control chamber, and of facilitating service replacement, repair or inspection with a simple structure when electric parts provided in the temperature control chamber are broken down. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the temperature controller, an evaporator 21 in a refrigeration cycle is stored in a temperature control chamber 20 formed by a circulation fan 22 and a heat insulating wall body 23 including a discharge air path 25 and a return air path 26, and a compressor 14, a condenser 15 and a hear dissipation fan for cooling the compressor 14 and the condenser 15 are provided in a machine chamber 13. A temperature control unit 2 including a storage box 11 for storing a circuit board 12 and the like is installed in a napping cabin. In a device for controlling the temperature in a target space by discharging cool air or warm air generated by the evaporator, a relay connector 36 for connecting a wire bundle 30 from the circuit board 12 in the storage box with a wire bundle 37 from electric parts within the temperature control chamber is disposed adjacent to the temperature control chamber.
