PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller for seam welding in seam welding equipment for electronic parts, to provide seam welding equipment, and to provide a seam welding method. SOLUTION: The power controller 50 for seam welding is provided with: a power source conversion part 60 converting ac voltage into dc voltage; and a current control part 80 which feeds ac voltage output from the power source conversion part 60 and a current to a welding roller 32 by repeating a positive pulse application time ST, a first cooling time RT1 continuous to the positive pulse application time ST, a negative pulse application time FT1 continuous to the first cooling time RT1 and a second cooling time RT2 continuous to the negative pulse application time FT1 in this order.
