<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange performance of an outdoor unit by making outside air pass through inside of outdoor heat exchangers by an approximately shortest distance. <P>SOLUTION: Inside of a casing 3 is partitioned vertically, and the partitioned upper and lower portions are used as a heat exchange chamber 5 and a machine chamber 7, respectively. The outdoor heat exchangers 27a, 27b are provided on lateral faces 5B, 5C of the heat exchange chamber 5, and outdoor fans 21a, 21b are provided on the upper face 5A. By the operation of the outdoor fans 21a, 21b, air sucked to inside of the heat exchange chamber 5 via the outdoor heat exchangers 27a, 27b is blown out of the upper face 5A of the heat exchange chamber 5. First to third straightening members 33A-33C extended to the approximately vertical direction with respect to the outdoor heat exchangers 27a, 27b and straightening air made to flow in to the outdoor heat exchangers 27a, 27b are provided on the air suction sides of the outdoor heat exchangers 27a, 27b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
