<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion apparatus capable of performing real-time AGC with the smaller number of circuit elements. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion apparatus includes: a sensor cell for inverting, amplifying and outputting a signal on which photoelectric conversion has been performed; a memory cell for storing, inverting, amplifying and outputting the signal; a transfer circuit to which a common output line commonly connecting the sensor cell and the memory cell is connected for transferring signals outputted from the sensor cell and the memory cell; and a reset switch connected to an interconnecting point between a transfer switch of the transfer circuit and a transfer capacitor. Thus, even without individually providing switches in the sensor cell and the memory cell, respectively, feedback from the transfer circuit to the sensor cell is enabled and real-time AGC can be performed with the smaller number of the circuit elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
