<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a drying system including a new heat pump unit, adapting the heat pump unit as a heat source of a continuous dryer such as a fluidized-bed dryer, achieving high energy efficiency and enabling safer operation. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed amount of working water M to be supplied to an evaporator 23 of the heat pump unit 2 is stored and recycled, and is raised in temperature by exhaust heat of worked dry gas D discharged from the dryer 1. Thus, the working water M having the fixed temperature is supplied to the evaporator 23 of the heat pump unit 2 all the time. The working water M effectively absorbs the exhaust heat of the worked dry gas D, and is recycled after the temperature of the working water M is raised to the fixed temperature. Therefore, this can enhance energy efficiency of the entire drying system S and drastically reduce consumption of the working water M, enabling low cost operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
