<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible urethane foam which has antibacterial properties and which is obtained by blending an efficient antibacterial agent which is durable with a small amount of addition against MRSA, Staphylococcus aureus, and Klebsiella pneumonia. <P>SOLUTION: As an inorganic material which has antibacterial properties, superfine alumina or silica of a particle diameter of 0.02 μm or less is prepared on a fine particle surface by a special method, a silver compound and a zinc compound are supported on the surface, an antibacterial powder in which the specific surface area has become large as much as possible is mixed with either a polyol- or an isocyanate-containing material in production, and the antibacterial flexible urethane foam is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
