<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salivation promotion device that can restore the amount of salivation decreased because of the toothless jaw or many missing or chipped teeth and enables even a person having a toothless jaw to easily perform salivary glands stimulation training. <P>SOLUTION: The device consists of an occlusion part molded into bar-like shape from an elastic resin, of which the cross section upper and lower side show the shape of straight line and each outer and inner side shows the shape of convex curve and at least one surface of the upper and lower side surface contacts the toothless jaw of molar part covered by tooth gum, and a grip part connected to the occlusion part. The distance between the center point of the upper and lower side is so designed to be approximately the same as the distance between the upper and lower jaw crests of the center points of occlusion in full teeth condition or approximately half of the distance between the jaw crests. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
