<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide light source equipment for converting blue light emitted from a blue light-emitting diode to white light. <P>SOLUTION: The light source equipment comprises at least a blue light-emitting diode and a fluorescent film for converting blue light emitted from the blue light-emitting diode to white light, wherein the fluorescent film of the light source equipment is formed by coating metal alkoxide and/or oligomer of the metal alkoxide with a dispersion prepared by dispersing a composition containing metal oxide fine particles and a yellow phosphor for emitting yellow light by absorbing one portion of the blue light is applied and sintered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
